Milovan Anderson is an attorney in Malta who advises local and international companies on corporate legal issues and business transactions. He has extensive experience as a transaction lawyer, handling mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments. Milovan also works closely with startups in Malta, providing legal support for structuring companies, securing funding, and developing employee incentive programs.
